Yoga Mat and Straps

The past several months have been... well, different. Thank you so much for all of your support during these difficult times - we're so grateful to have been able to stay connected from a distance, and YOU are the reason the studio is able to reopen. Yes, we recently re-opened our studio doors and are here for you when you are ready to return! We will continue to offer our LIVE! Zoom Online Classes on a daily basis and Outdoor Presidio Green Classes for those of you unable to join us in the studio.

Your health has been and always will be our number one priority. Since re-opening our doors, we have made some changes to the studio protocols to ensure that we follow the guidelines for our industry and to create a safe and welcoming environment for all who enter our doors. Read more below...

Here are a few changes we've made to ensure the health and safety of our students:

CLASS SIZE: At BPYSF, we practice social connection and follow guidelines for physical distancing. This means that, for the time being, we are limiting class sizes in accordance to San Francisco and California state regulations. Due to the class size limitation, all students must pre-register for in studio classes to reserve your spot.

CLASS REGISTRATION: Since we will be offering both IN STUDIO and LIVE STREAMED Online Classes, please look for these titles on Mindbody to make sure you are registering for the correct class.

PROPS: Please bring your own mat (and any additional props) to class. BPYSF is not renting out any equipment at this time. We have mats, towels, straps, and blocks for sale if needed.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING: Please be mindful of the space in our lobby and provide at least 6 feet of distance between you and the next person. No gathering inside the building before & after class. Studio doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

HAND SANITIZER: We have set up hand sanitizer stations for your convenience. Please help yourself when entering and leaving the studio! Please be diligent about your hygiene practices for the safety of you and those around you.

WELLNESS: If you are feeling unwell and have had a cough, fever, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 please stay home & look out for the health and safety of others. Our classes are also live-streamed through Zoom for you to take at home in case you can't make it in! If a teacher scheduled to teach is not feeling well, we have the same expectations for them not to come into the studio.

CLEANLINESS: BPYSF is going the extra mile beyond San Francisco regulations to ensure a safe space for you. In addition to physical distancing and capacity limitations, our staff is taking extra precautions in cleaning the studio before and after each class. Sterilizing air scrubbers, along with exhaust and air exchange systems, sanitize our space between every single class! H13 Medical Grade HEPA filters remove over 99% of particles down to 0.1 microns with 5-in-1 filter system, capturing airborne viruses & bacteria.

THE FOGGER: We utilize our fogging machine daily which dispenses our cleaning solution into a fine mist throughout the practice studio and lobby area.

HANDS ON ADJUSTMENTS: In order to comply with our physical distancing protocols, no hands on adjustments will be given in our studio at this time.

FACE COVERINGS: Masks are required the entire time you are in the facility, including during class. Your teacher will also be wearing a mask.

PRACTICE LOVE: We know these times have been hard on many. We want everyone to feel respected and heard. Please act with love and empathy as we all navigate these changes in our lives. If there is anything we can do here at BPYSF to help ease a burden or support you in any way, please do not hesitate to reach out. We're here for you!

MEMBERSHIPS: If you would like to upgrade your membership and help support the studio get back on its feet, we are offering an Unlimited Studio and Online Classes membership at $119/month. If you have any questions about our pricing options or your membership, please feel free to reach out at
