40 Days to Personal Revolution is a breakthrough program designed by Baron Baptiste to radically change your body, awaken your soul and discover things about yourself that you knew. Through a daily commitment to a yoga, meditation, and personal inquiry work, you will be supported in awakening a whole new you!
Weekly meeting will be Facilitated by Baptiste Leaders, Sean and Jennifer Silvera & the Baptiste teaching team, and will be held on Sunday evenings from 6:30 - 7:45pm for 6 weeks in a row, starting on January 8, 2023.
As part of the program, participants will also receive the following:

Specifically designated groups that will help support you and hold you accountable throughout the program.

Access to 40 Day specific meditations and practices to support your commitment when you can't make it to the studio.

Weekly 40 Day specific e-mail content to keep you motivated.
REQUIREMENTS:

Daily meditation

Practice yoga 6x per week

Daily journaling

Attendance at one group meeting a week

Read 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste (available in studio for purchase)
INVESTMENT:

For our members (monthly autopay, yearly unlimited) the cost is $50.

For non-members the program cost is $180 which includes the program and unlimited yoga for the duration of the program.

Note:
We would love for you to attend every meeting and take as many classes at the studio as possible, and we know that real life doesn’t always work out that way! If you are traveling, you can stay committed to practice via podcasts and there will be an opportunity for interaction via small groups. Long story short: there is never a “perfect" time and making the investment in yourself now means you will realize the return on that investment for the rest of your life.
