Art of Assisting is a hands-on training program that will transform your practice, your assisting and your teaching. In this weekend-long training, your days will be balanced between practicing yoga, learning alignment principles and assisting techniques, and giving and receiving assists.
This training will be facilitated by Baptiste-certified teacher Gudrun Bjarnadottir.
TWO DAY COURSE PROMISE

You will be taught and practice an assist for every pose in the Journey Into Power sequence.

You will assist a full Journey Into Power practice using the Baptiste Yoga techniques for assisting.

You will have a new experience of connection with others and of being of service.
THE TRAINING IS FOR ANYONE WHO:

Wants to develop a new awareness of alignment in their body and yoga practice

Aspires to be a hands-on assistant in a yoga classroom

​Currently teaches or assists and wants to up-level their assisting technique

SCHEDULE
Day 1 Friday | 6:30pm - 9:30pm (doors open at 5pm)
Day 2 Saturday | 8am - 6pm (doors open at 7:30am)
Day 3 Sunday | 8am - 4pm (doors open at 7:30am)
*You will have a 1 hour lunch break each day, in addition to snack breaks!
