Why I practice Baptiste Yoga
Coming to my mat is like coming home. It brings me back into my body, to a place of truth and love. My practice defines how I show up in the world and has given me the tools to be up to something bigger. My practice is a celebration of where I come from (my mom inspired me to come to yoga in 2014) and guides where my life will go next.
Why I teach Baptiste Yoga
Teaching has made me the ultimate student. It’s gotten me uncomfortable in a powerful way and allows me to be of service. I believe so deeply in this practice and feel a responsibility to share it.
